For years I struggled with low energy, irregular periods, and feeling out of sync with my body. In 2023, I made the huge decision to come off hormonal birth control which sent me on a journey of learning to reconnect with my body, rebalance my hormones, and truly understand my unique needs as a woman.

This journey wasn’t easy - it required me to challenge everything I thought I knew about health and fitness. I’ve experienced the restrictive diets, the obsessive calorie counting, and the pressure to push harder at the gym, even when my body was begging for rest. Through trial and error, and a lot of learning, I’ve discovered a more balanced, non-restrictive approach to wellness that honors both my physical and mental health.

Now I want to help other women do the same.

As a women’s fitness coach, I’m deeply passionate about empowering women to feel strong, confident, and in tune with their bodies. I believe every woman deserves to understand how incredible her body is and how to support it in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.

Through my coaching I aim to:

  • Teach women what they were never taught about their bodies—how to honour their cycle, balance their hormones, and prioritise their unique needs.

  • Provide a flexible and personalised approach to fitness and nutrition that fits seamlessly into your life without leaving you feeling restricted and like you have to miss out on all of the joys of life.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me soaking up sunrises on the beach with my fiancé Lucas and our dog Arlo, enjoying a caramel iced latte on a hot girl walk or jamming out to some tunes, my favourite music is Metal and Country (Contradictory I know 🤘🏼🤠). I believe in creating a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside, and I’m here to help you do the same.
